Install and activate the plugin
Wait for the initial baseline, then review the dashboard
Set the notification email and choose compatible hardening controls

Install a ZIP

Download the plugin ZIP from WordPress.org, then use Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the ZIP, install, activate and review the first baseline.
